"Choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful step toward creating a brighter future. I’m deeply passionate about supporting you on that journey. My career background has given me a wide range of skills that enrich my work as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I enjoy working with children, youth, adults, and seniors from all walks of life. Drawing from both Western and diverse cultural perspectives, I aim to create a balanced and inclusive space for healing and growth. As an African Canadian married to a Canadian, I understand the beauty and complexity of navigating multiple cultural identities. This experience allows me to connect deeply with clients from varied backgrounds. I am culturally competent and trauma-informed, and I believe that feeling seen, heard, and understood is essential to the therapeutic process. My lived experiences have shaped my empathetic, compassionate, and authentic approach to therapy. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship built within a safe, warm, and supportive environment where you can truly be yourself.
